Now it’s gotta go back to the eBay seller because it turns my whole audio system “staticky” every time I plug it in.
So here is my first and only video:

Sometimes long distance relationships are tough, particularly when you have an unrelated personal problem to overcome. Sometimes you wonder if you are being fair to the other person even while you find yourself doing/ thinking/ feeling things for them you’ve never thought of for another person.
And who understands what the answer is?
Sometimes, you just put your faith in God and in life that the right things will happen and if not, you’ll handle it.
Realizing that the best moments you’ve ever experienced with another person are here and now – which is the only time to really live.
I don’t love Bear because of the future and what may come… I love her because of the present and who she is/ I am/ we are now.
It’s an intriguing twin paradox that at one time my definition of ultimate hell, which I confirmed to myself in my thoughts and feelings last night, would be never to meet her in person, which I am determined to if she wills it too… and on the other, that even if that were to happen I wouldn’t trade a single second of it or make a different decision regarding her (though yes I would have worked sooner and more seriously) because of the Heaven she brought me and chose to share with me.

Jacqui is the most beautiful woman I have ever met, in totality, and I love her to bits.
The end.
Talk to you tomorrow, world ( – Jacqui, you can call me tonight).

This deals with something so shocking and such poor judgement it kind of left me scratching my head wondering, “Why would someone do this?”
To understand it, it is vital that you listen to the MP3 audio post first. Fortunately, it’s only about a minute long:
Now, you’ve listened to the audio, right? Only after you’ve done so, learn more about this kooky act here.

I was on Skype waiting for Jacqui (who I’m talking to voice now and she’s breaking some good work news!) when a woman I chatted with a few times off and on said hi.
Here’s how that went.
[2:16:50 AM] Teresa says: How are you?
[2:17:08 AM] Chris says: Intrigued.
[2:17:21 AM] Teresa says: By what?
[2:18:48 AM] Teresa says: ok well guess you’re not interested in answering that. I’ll say goodbye.
[2:19:18 AM] Chris says: I’m designing a bonafide website (as opposed to modifying a Blogger template) for my dad and I just started today. I gave up using a wysiwyg editor because quite frankly it was too damn annoying to figure out. So I’m hand-coding it from scratch in a text-editor. I have started my basic design and so far so good… however, when I add more than a tiny bit of padding to the columns, they can’t handle it and move down the page. Hmmmm….
[2:20:03 AM] Chris says: I don’t see why padding should change the defined size of a CSS column… I can’t find any reason for it.
[2:20:26 AM] Teresa says: Well to each his own. I’m more intrigued by nature and those sorts of things.
[2:20:35 AM] Chris says: This is nature.
[2:20:39 AM] Chris says: It’s mathematical.
[2:20:56 AM] Teresa says: not the kind i’m speaking of
[2:20:57 AM] Chris says: Math is the source of nature. It’s the building block.
[2:21:46 AM] Chris says: And I might be intrigued by squirrels too if I was watching them at a park. However, right now I’m designing my dad’s website.
[2:21:47 AM] Chris says:
[2:22:39 AM] Teresa says: well have fun bye
[2:23:32 AM] Chris says: You’re not being friendly today.
[2:23:36 AM] Chris says: Okay, I’ll have fun, bye
[2:23:51 AM] Teresa says: well
[2:23:59 AM] Teresa says: you weren’t last time
[2:24:06 AM] Teresa says: and haven’t tried to speak since
[2:24:10 AM] Chris says: So let’s play get even.
[2:24:14 AM] Teresa says: and i guess i’
[2:24:28 AM] Teresa says: i’m not intiruged by todays topic
[2:24:40 AM] Chris says: I only have my girlfriend on my list and I often don’t speak with her if I’m busy. If anyone else I chat with wants to say hi they’re welcome too…
[2:24:42 AM] Teresa says: no just stating a fact
[2:25:01 AM] Teresa says: ok and how’s this i’m taking you off
[2:25:17 AM] Chris says: Fundamentally, I like talking with different people, however, I use Skype to reduce long distance costs with my girlfriend.
[2:25:18 AM] Teresa says: because i feel it’s good to do
[2:26:13 AM] Teresa says: ok bye
[2:26:19 AM] Chris says: If you’re going to be totally weird, sure. You said hi to me, asked what I was intrigued by… a perfectly decent thing to be doing, as it happens, helping my dad design his business website… and now you’re giving me the third degree for absolutely nothing at all. If this is how you are and you want to take me off your list that’s okay with me.
[2:26:32 AM] Teresa says: i’m just not interested in talking with you anymore
[2:26:35 AM] Teresa says: it happens alot
[2:26:43 AM] Chris says: I’m sure it does.
[2:26:46 AM] Teresa says: you meet people then after a few times you delete
[2:26:52 AM] Teresa says: this is what i’m doing
[2:27:00 AM] Chris says: I’m absolutely certain that’s true for you.
[2:27:13 AM] Teresa says: and it doesn’t make me wierd because i don’t want to talk toyou get over your ego
[2:27:45 AM] Teresa says: bye
[2:28:04 AM] Chris says: No, it makes you weird that you’d say hi to talk to me, ask you what I’m doing, I say I’m working on a website for my dad, tell you what I’m up to at the moment, and you want to go. That makes you strange. However, each to their own. Take care.
[2:28:25 AM] Teresa says: no it doesn’t
[2:28:35 AM] Teresa says: that makes you judgmental
[2:28:38 AM] Teresa says: bye
[2:28:44 AM] Chris says: What response were you hoping for? Oh Teresa, how I’ve missed you?
[2:28:45 AM] Chris says: Later.
[2:28:49 AM] Teresa says: no
[2:28:54 AM] Teresa says: you would think that
[2:28:59 AM] Teresa says: blocking you now
[2:29:05 AM] Chris says: lol Thank you.

It was a beautiful day the day I met her.
Strange, that I can’t remember it. I remember what happened immediately after.
I pulled the plug on meeting other chicks, with a few hot (and nutty) exceptions that my heart was never into… and I didn’t follow through with or care.
And then my ear grew all sore — physically — as my heart became warm while we talked.
And with that in mind, way too tired I will call her, wake her up, and take her up on her enticement.

Some telecommuters work in the nude
SUNNYVALE, Calif., March 5 — Some 10 percent of worldwide telecommuters wear nothing at all while working at home, finds a survey by the Sunnyvale, Calif.-based SonicWALL.
Wow. Let’s just say nothing and call it a day.

From Sharon Kirkey of CanWest News Service published today in the Victoria Times Colonist:
Want a healthy heart? Be nice to your spouse
Research links happy marriage to long life
Everyone knows the drill for a strong heart: Don’t smoke. Exercise. Eat healthy foods. Now comes a new warning: Be nice to your spouse.
A new study based on 150 healthy, older married couples found that women who are hostile toward their husbands during disagreements are more likely to have hardening of their coronary arteries.
For men, being controlling — or being married to someone who is — promotes atherosclerosis.
And don’t nag!
So, for example, when you call me later today, don’t beg me over and over again to open the huge letter from you that the postman just hand-delivered to me. You understand how patient I am and out of respect for you (since you might just “nag” me about this anyway if I didn’t!) I am waiting for you to be there with me while I open it.
