She Called Me "Dada"

I wasn’t expecting that.

My 14-year old niece, Angel-Jazdell, who is totally fearless and outgoing and explores and climbs on anything she can, came to me when I was sitting on my mom’s couch. She loves to talk.

She touches my beard and calls me, “Dada”.

Then my sister who is sitting beside me laughs and says she’s glad it was her brother, and not some random guy, who got called Dada by her daughter for the first time.

A minute later my niece brings me the remote control, confirming that she knows I’m male and also that she knows what’s up.

Quite right!

She Spelled It with a "u"

Honour…

Okay, I am rapidly going crazy. I just spent 20-minutes trying to figure out the Australian spelling for the word, decided on the above, and read an email from April 3rd, 2007, of Bear’s… and she spelled it that way too so I’m on to something.

It’s zero hour. I’m working for myself. Today was “get acquainted”, tomorrow, more of the same, then launch. Sales.

Fun? Yeah, it will be.

Bear’s been totally hot lately, especially since I began using my own wired cable internet instead of shared wireless… the web conversations have been so much better when I can see her move, hear her clearly, and watch her drop things.
